FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing varies upon the clients' needs. The best way to get an accurate quote is too reach out! We are confident in saying we provide the most affordable pricing for professional services in town.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We exercise clear and concise communication with our clients. Establish your audience, expectations, and overall mission. When possible, walking the space and identifying budget are at the top of our priorities. Once we can, together, envision the event (while identifying a budget) the rest is easy.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our company has worked with over 250+ musicians, 25+ DJ's, and with 30+ venues/event spaces. We've had the best training/education available: practice.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Affinity began as an out-sourced talent-buyer in Nashville. Venues contacted us to gain traction within their space through live music experiences (including Dj's). We curated line-ups and introduced the best talent available to these businesses, which ultimately led to our growth into private events. Though our years of work in this field, we gained an extensive list of contacts and inventory, adequate to tackle just about any private event.

What types of customers have you worked with?

The shorter answer would be to who HAVEN'T we worked with... We embrace new challenges, new places, and new customers. Let us know your ideas; we can make them come to life.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The events that go well are always pleasing, but it would be absolutely absurd for anyone in this industry to tell you that they all are a breeze. We enjoy (and best remember) the events that present new ideas and call for further brainstorming.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Potential clients should make their decision for live entertainment based on one thing: who is going to care the most. With our 4+ years of experience and rapid growth, we can certainly say this: here at Affinity Entertainment, it just means more. Every event, every show, and every experience is treated with equal care and attention.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is your mission? Clients with a clear mission and understanding of what they want to accomplish help us come to quicker conclusions on exactly how we can execute.
